Jinjur's army was a parody of suffragettes in the book, but for obvious reasons that aspect didn't really age well! (Even if the book did end with Oz as a matriarchy!) So, the stump speech is a bit different.

Also, she's standing on a dairy crate instead of a stump because everything's better with boxes.
